Arbitration Clause

If the parties wish to make reference to arbitration before the Stály rozhodcovský súd the following standard arbitration clause is recommended:

a) if the dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator:
All disputes arising out of the present contract, including its validity, interpretation or termination shall be finally settled by the Stály rozhodcovský súd established by the company Stály rozhodcovský súd a.s., with registered seat at Dr. Vladimíra Clementisa 10, 821 02 Bratislava, Identification No. (IČO): 36 725 439, registered with the Commercial Registry of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No. 4064/B (hereinafter the „Court of Arbitration“) by a sole arbitrator under internal rules of the Court of Arbitration.
b) if the dispute shall be resolved by an arbitration tribunal consisting of three arbitrators:
All disputes arising out of the present contract, including its validity, interpretation or termination shall be finally settled by the Stály rozhodcovský súd established by the company Stály rozhodcovský súd a.s., with registered seat at Dr. Vladimíra Clementisa 10, 821 02 Bratislava, Identification No. (IČO): 36 725 439, registered with the Commercial Registry of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No. 4064/B (hereinafter the „Court of Arbitration“) by an arbitration tribunal consisting of three arbitrators under internal rules of the Court of Arbitration.

If the parties wish to have an opportunity to submit an arbitration award for review by other arbitrator (arbitration tribunal) of the Stály rozhodcovský súd the following standard arbitration clause is recommended:

a) if the dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator and the arbitration award shall be reviewed by other sole arbitrator:
All disputes arising out of the present contract, including its validity, interpretation or termination shall be finally settled by the Stály rozhodcovský súd established by the company Stály rozhodcovský súd a.s., with registered seat at Dr. Vladimíra Clementisa 10, 821 02 Bratislava, Identification No. (IČO): 36 725 439, registered with the Commercial Registry of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sa, Insert No. 4064/B (hereinafter the „Court of Arbitration“) by a sole arbitrator under internal rules of the Court of Arbitration.
The arbitration award may be reviewed by other sole arbitrator under internal rules of the Court of Arbitration on the basis of a request of either party filed within fifteen (15) calendar days from delivery of the award to the party making such request.
b) if the dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator and the arbitration award shall be reviewed by an arbitration tribunal consisting of three arbitrators:
